As Ticketing and Reservations Officer, your core responsibilities include creating reservations, quoting fares, and issuing of tickets. You will serve customers professionally through telephone to achieve customer satisfaction and generate revenue. In addition, you will liaise with all airline personnel to ensure maximum support to passengers and immediate attention to queries relating to clearance and dispute of ADMs, special handling requests, and other issues.
You will also excel in a fast-paced, team environment, demonstrating your commitment to achieving the highest possible standards of customer service and guest experience, quality, and professionalism.
