Responsibilities include the following (but are not limited to):

• Provide communication support for several aspects of the EarMarked Program through multiple channels, including website updates and email systems.
• Provide responses to internal partners and external travel agency accounts for emails directed to the EarMarked Program Administrator
• Assist Program Manager in the development of program enhancements including website and email communications to Program owners
• Provide project management oversight and support for the development of sales tactics
• Help develop presentations and training materials for Sales partners
• Upload and test copy and marketing materials into multiple online systems
• Help with other projects as necessary

Basic Qualifications/You Will Have:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following :

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in a variety of software programs including Word, Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Equivalent
